Shipping Times

Shipping to Ireland will take 1-3 working days.


UK: 3-5 working days.

EU: 3-5 working days.

US: 7-10 working days.

UK Orders

Please note as Britain has now left the EU, this means any orders placed for countries within the EU will incur additional custom duties from 1st January 2021.


These will vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the item and the country the order will be delivered to. You will be notified of the customs charge once the order has arrived at your country's border by the courier, unfortunately at this time we cannot advise the individual costs. Please be aware - you will be charged a handling fee, which will be equal to the cost of postage if you refuse to pay customs charges at the border. This fee must be paid before the border control of your country will dispatch your order.


Please double check your customs invoice to ensure you are billed for the correct number of items in your order before proceeding with payment.


International Orders

Please note all orders placed outside of the Ireland will be charged separate customs fees, not included in the delivery charge. These are determined individually by the border of your delivery country. You will be notified of the customs charge once the order is arrived at your country's border by the courier, unfortunately at this time we cannot advise the individual costs. This fee must be paid before the border control of your country will dispatch your order.

Unforeseen Global Crisis

 in the event of any unforeseen global crisis, such as COVID-19, we do not have control over unforeseen delays that may occur during transit time. If delays do occur during your parcels journey time, you can contact us on gametimeonlinestore@gmail.com or the courier company directly for updates.

Changing or Cancelling your order

Returns can be made 7 days after you receive your package. You have the right to return your item and receive a full refund provided you notify us in writing within the 7 day period (i.e. excluding weekends and bank holidays) at gametimeonlinestore@gmail.com.

By contacting us will we be able to guide you on how to return your goods.


If the goods are faulty or do not meet the description given on the site, we will refund the value of your order for those goods.


Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the returned goods or fail to return the goods to us, we will be entitled to make a claim against you for any losses which we suffer.


We recommend that returned goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection.


Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons.


Some reasons are:

• Item(s) not available

• Difficulty in processing your payment information

• Cannot ship to address provided

• Duplicate order was placed

• Fraudulent activity suspected


If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.

We totally get it, you’re excited to get your piece. Don’t worry, you’ll get your tracking info once your order has been dispatched.
